Cross functional chart drawing scale

On the Cros functional flowchart I'm struggling to adjust the drawing scale. I want to keep the boundaries in their original size and I'd like to scale down the process flow to be able to fit quite big process on one page.

RE: Cross functional chart drawing scale

Hi Gosia

Thank you for your question.

Normally if you have a big process where there are sub-processes as part of the overall process, it is best to reference the sub processes in your overall diagram but draw the detail of the subprocesses/s on another page to reduce clutter. You can also create a hyperlink to each subprocess from the overall drawing.

Would you consider presenting your diagram in this way?

Amanda
