What is the difference bewtween the schedule and the actual with reference to the GANTT

Hi Peter
Thanks for your question. Schedule values refer the the plan as laid out in the Chart. They show how you anticipate the project will unfold. Actual values refer to progress and capture what has really taken place. The appear in the Gantt chart as a black line drawn through the bar of the task. The length of the black line represents how much of the task has been completed (usually a representation of the percentage duration complete)
