Visio
Can you put links between different vision documents so that if you click on a process in one document it opens the page with the full process documented.
RE: Visio
Hello Una,
Hope you enjoyed your Microsoft Visio course with BEST Training.
Thank you for your question regarding links.
You can do what you are asking about by changing the shapes behavior. to do this, Right click on the shape, and then chose FORMAT and then BEHAVIOR.
On the second tab, choose the option that says GO TO PAGE.
This will allow you to choose the page that you want to link to when the box is double clicked.
If your full process is located in a totally separate document, then alternatively you can add a hyperlink to the shape (CTRL+K) and link it that way.
I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.
If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another Microsoft Office question?
Have a great day.
Regards,
Richard
