How to print all the project plan?
if you take a picture, only the information from the screen is displayed. How do you take a picture to show the entire project plan?
RE: how to print all the project plan?
Hi Linda
Thanks for your question. To include all the tasks in the picture either go to View > Zoom and set to "entire project" or edit the date range to include your first and last tasks then click on the "select all" button (just above your row numbers and to the left of the column headers) to select all tasks.
Click on the copy picture button and you will see the range is set to include all selected tasks. Your picture should now have everything in it.
Hope this helps - let us know if you have any further questions.
Kind regards,
Andrew

MS Project tip:Compare Work and DurationDuration is the timescale within which a task is done; Work is the specific time element used. For example, 3 days work in a duration of 2 weeks. To compare, add the Work field into the Entry table by right clicking a column heading to Add Field. |
