Thank you for your post and welcome to the forum:
In answer to your question: Sorting is one of the main functions that we can perform in a List (Database) in Excel, If you have set up your list to conform to the required rules, Heading, no gaps row or column etc. Then select the Field (Column) you wish to sort by, and from the Standard Toolbar click the Sort Ascending A-Z or Sort Descending Z-A buttons to perform your Sort.
