Database Accessibility and the web
I am aware that you can make databases available on the web, so that people can fill in details and tables online that are networked to a master database. Any pointers on acheiving this would be much appreciated.
RE: Database Accessibility and the web
Hi Lily,
Thank you for your question.
If you are using a version of Access from 2000 through to 2003, then you can create data access pages. These are similar to forms, but are HTML pages that are designed to be placed on web sites.
There implementation is highly technical and would require specialist support.
Also note that there were major issues of security around data access pages and theyt are no longer available in access 2007
Regards
Stephen
