Timelines
when putting dates into timelines, sometimes i have lots of dates close together, and not enough space to add more details... how can i section my timeline out so that some of my line is very detailed, and some of it is basic?
RE: timelines
Hello Kerry,
Hope you enjoyed your Microsoft Visio course with BEST Training.
Thank you for your question regarding Timelines
If I am correct, you came up with the answer to this during the training yesterday. From what I remember, you changed the date formatting on the expanded timeline to allow more space.
Also, as we discussed, you can use layers to represent different sections of time line.
I hope this resolves your question. If it has, please mark this question as resolved.
If you require further assistance, please reply to this post. Or perhaps you have another Microsoft Office question?
Have a great day.
Regards,
Richard
