Can you import outlook calender (with Bank Hols) as a Project Calender

RE: Calender

Hi Paul

thanks for your question. Project doesn't import bank holiday information from Outlook. Your best approach would be to set up the dates in a project calendar then save it as a template (File > Save As changing the file type to template) and using this as the basis for future projects. Alternatively using organizer (Tools > Organizer) allows you to copy a project object such as a calendar from one project file to another so a calendar which already has public holidays in it could be re used.

Hope this is helpful - do let us know if you need further information.

Kind regards,

Andrew
