How to create customised toolbar

Hi Elizabeth

How are you, im sorry its taken a while to get back to you
how you go about customizing your toolbars, is by going to the tools menu and click customize then click the new button from the toolbars tab

Then name the toolbar click OK, go to the commands tab and from the options on the left choose the one you want, then from the righthand side of the window, drag the buttons you need to the toolbar

to do more of this repeat the steps above

Excel tip:

Transpose text

You can transpose any range of cells, turning the columns into rows and the rows into columns. Just follow these steps:

Select the range.

Click the Copy button on the Standard toolbar to copy it to the Clipboard.

Select a cell outside of the range you copied.

Select Paste Special from the Edit menu.

In the Paste Special dialog box, click Transpose, then OK.
