How can you access a project plan in a different version of project than the one you have on your desk/lap top

Hi Donna
thanks for your question. Opening project file that has been created in a different version of Project can be tricky. You should find that plans created in earlier versions of the software than the version on your computer should open fine. Later version however may not be opened so easily. To resolve this Microsoft sometimes create updates for applications that allow them to read documents created with later versions. For example here is information on the update to Project 2003 that allows it to open Project 2007 files
