How would you show holiday without it effecting the duration of a task?
RE: Project
Hi Tony
Thanks for your question. One way to show holiday or non working time might be to double click on any of the non working time in the calendar and from the formatting dialog box that comes up you can decide which calendar's non-working time is displayed and also whether it is drawn behind the bars or in front of them.
I hope this is helpful - do let us know if you have any other questions.
Kind regards,
Andrew

MS Project tip:Formatting Bar TextTo display notes or resource initials on the Gantt chart bars, choose Format, Bar Styles and the Text tab. Select the position you want to show the text i.e. Top or Inside etc, then choose the field name you are looking for from the drop down arrow. Type the first letter of the name to get quickly to the top of the letter range. Click OK. |
