Thankyou for attending the course on Tuesday, i hope you really enjoyed it.
The answer to you question is as follows: there are two ways to make your file read only one better than the other i would reconmend the first one
1. to to file save as from the window that comes up go to the top right of the window and choose tools, then click general options then put in a password to open and a password to modify which should do the trick, you will need to enter (both passwords twice).
