How do I zoom on data quickly

Go to view>>toolbars>>standard toolbar to make sure the toolbar is showing. It defaults to 100% but you can change it to be 200% if you want. Also, another quick way is to hold down the ctrl key and if you have a scroll wheel on your mouse then you can roll it back and forth to automatically zoom in and out.
