Is it possible to save a report so that it condenses the entire report onto one page rather than several?

Hi Jane, Thank you for the post, In answer to your question this is more a page setup problem than one that can be sorted by Access automatically. If your report stretches into another page or pages, you can only sort this (within Access) by changing your field layout in design view (size, position etc) you can also change your margins by going to File>Page Setup and changing the settings.
Another option is to use the Office Links button and migrate your report to either Word or Excel where the options to manipulate size are more readily available. I hope that helps, best regards Pete.
