Project will calculate the budget of a project by using the hourly costs of resources together with any fixed costs that you have defined.
The budget can be viewed most easily by bringing up the cost table of the Gannt chart. Simple click on view-table:entry and from the resulting sub menu choose cost. This will produce a table showing the budget cost information, and comparing it with the actual spending that has been incurred.
