The easiest way to accomplish this is to copy a picture of the GANNT chart into the word document.

On the main toolbar you will find a button, the icon of wgich is a camera. If you click on this button it will present you with a number of choices. If you select the "for screen" option and click OK the image will be copied to the clipboard.

You can then open your word document and paste it to the required location.
