Hi Tom,
Thank you for your question. Could you clarify which application you wish to import from?
If the source application is an MS Office application, you can copy and paste it onto the GANTT chart using the clip board.
Of course if you want the object to appear in the notes field then you can use the import object function in the notes tab of the task information dialog.
