How can I export Excel sheets and charts most effectively to Word or Powerpoint?
Exporting Excel Tables / Charts to Word or Powerpoint
The easiest way to bring Excel data into Word or PowerPoint is by using the Windows clipboard.
You select the data (or graph) in Excel and copy it to the clipboard by choosing Edit / Copy or Ctrl+C.
Then you paste it from the clipboard into Word or PowerPoint by choosing Edit / Paste or Ctrl+V.
When you copy an Excel spreadsheet, the result you see in Word looks and behaves like a Word table
