how do you obtain diffent coloured axes

RE: graphs with 2 axes - column

Hi Rifat

To create a a graph with two axes:

1. Highlight the data to be used in creating the chart.

2. Click the Chart button on the Standard toolbar

3. In the Chart dialog box click the Custom Types tab

4. From the list select the Line-Column on 2 Axes type

5. Complete the rest of the chart dialog box steps as normal.

Hope this helps

Carlos

Excel tip:

Pivot table grouping

If you want to group items in a pivot table together, simply highlight the labels for the fields either with the shift key (if adjacent)or with the contral key if they are not next to each other.
Right click and choose group. Give the cell a name.

When you double click on this cell it will either expamd or collapse your grouped area
