How dop I use auto sum?

RE: Functions

Hi Cahal

The Auto Sum button on the toolbar allows you to have quick access to some of the more used functions in Excel.

To use it:

1. Select the first blank cell after a row or column of numbers to be calculated.

2. If you wish th "Sum" those numbers just click the Auto Sum button.

3. If you wish to calculate the "Average", "Count" the numbers in the range, or find the "Max" or "Min" number then:

Click the down arrow to the right of the Auto Sum symbol and select the required function

Carlos

Step 3: On the fill effects tab, choose a picture. Browse for a picture for that bar. Indicate if you want it to be stretched or stacked. Repeat for each bar.
