Graphs

How to make a graph?

RE: Graphs

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your question.

Two ways to create a graph:
A. If you are not too fuss about location / graph type:
1 - Select data table (i.e. labels & numbers) on worksheet
2 - Press F11 (by default, it creates a 2D column chart on a new sheet)

B. Use Chart Wizards:
1 - Select data table (i.e. labels & numbers) on worksheet
2 - Click on INSERT menu > Chart
3 - Go through the 4 steps to select Chart Type, set up labes / axis / gridlines / legend and location.
4 - press ok

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Katie
