Thanks for the question Ludmila. If you have a scroll wheel on your mouse try this; To zoom in and out quickly press and hold the CTRL key and then use the scroll wheel to zoom in and out. Hope that answers that part of the question.
Not too sure what you want on the freeze panes command, but to freeze an area you would choose a point on the spreadsheet where you wish to freeze the columns or rows to the left or above the chosen cell and go to the Window Menu command and choose Freeze Panes, to remove the Freeze, Go to Window, UnFreeze Panes. Hope that helps.
