How do i set up a hyperlink to another spreadsheet
RE: Excel
Hi Lisa
Thank you for your question.
You can create a hyperlink to another spreadsheet by doing the following:
1. Select the text that you want to make into the hyperlink.
2. Go to Insert - Hyperlink or use Ctrl + K.
3. Check that the 'Existing file or web page' option is selected on the left hand side (under Link to:)
4. Use the Look in window to select the folder where the file you wish to link to is located
5. Select the file you wish to link to; then click OK.
Test the hyperlink - if you click on it, the file it is linked to should open.
I hope this helps; and that you enjoy your next course in January.
Happy Christmas
Amanda
