How can you filter dates by year?

Thank for joining the Intermediate and Advanced training with us!!

The quickest and easiest way of filtering is by using the Auto filter feature!!

Ensure that you are anywhere inside the list of data that you have and also please remove any unnecessary blank rows and columns from you list of data.

Choose Data from the Menu Bar
Choose Filter and then Auto filter

Difference between Two Dates

The DATEDIF function computes the difference between two dates. The DATEDIF function is as follows:

=DATEDIF (Date1,Date2,Interval)

Please note that Date1 must be less than (earlier) or equal to Date2

Please note that Interval must be one of the following codes: "d" (in days), "m" (in months), "y" (in years) expressed in quotes
