how do i see all my formulas at the same time

Thanks for your question.
To switch on the formula view, you can:
1) TOOLS menu > OPTIONS > VIEW tab > tick on FORMULAS box > Press OK
or
2) CTRL ` [this key is usually found left of 1, above TAB]
