RE: MS PROJECT 2003
Hi Bunmi
Thankyou for your question
As to the problem with downloading project 2007 trial version, all I can suggest is you email microsoft and ask them top sort the problem out. There must be a problem with the registration code that they have provided.
As to calendars. First create the base calendars for your different workgroups by changing working time and adding holidays. Then when you create the resources in the resource sheet specify which calendar each resource is to use. Finally, for each reource go into the resource iformation dialog and specify indvidual working times and holidays in the resource's own personal calendar.
Regards
Stephen

MS Project tip:Typing Links Between TasksIn the Entry table, use the Precessors column to type in links. Type the previous task's ID to link. To change the link, add FS (Finish-Start), FF (Finish-Finish), and so on, and + duration to add a Lag, or - duration for a Lead time. Example: for task 5, 4FS+1w ... task 4 preceeds task 5, finish to start, with a week lag between. |
