What is the difference between project 2003 and 2007, with my knowledge in 2003 can I still use 2007 without problem.

Thanks for the question.
There are a number of extra features in 2007 but generally what applies to 2003 is the same in 2007.
The main exception is the "Change Working Time" feature which works in a slightly different way.
