How to use format painter for different worksheets?
RE: Format Painter
Hi Jennifer
Thank you for your question.
Are you asking is it possible to use the format painter on to copy a format in one sheet in a workbook and copy it to a cell in another worksheet?
If so then all you need to do is copy the cell format using the painer, click on the tab of the new worksheet (You can still do this even with the painter activated) and then select the cell you wish the formats copied to.
I hope this is helpful. If that wasn't what you meant then could you please get back to me
Regards
Stephen

Excel tip:Removing custom dictionary entriesIf you add something to the custom dictionary in Excel you cannot remove it. The way to get around this is to go into word and remove it there. |
