Hi Lydia,
If you click on Report-Reports you will get the report dialog.
You can then select customise reports and select new. You then can give your report a name, choose the table on which it is to be based and select and groupings and filters you require and click on save.
Note you can base your report on a table that you have designed. To customise your own table simply click on tables-more tables and select new. You can then give the table a name and select the fields that you want to appear in it.
