Hi Ann-Marie, Thank you for your post, other than a convoluted key board operation involving Ctrl keys and Tab keys to reach the Format, Cells, Number, decimal places input box, I think the easiest way to reduce or get rid of decimals is to click the Decrease Decimals button on the Formatting Toolbar.
