Hi Sarah
1) Click on your data on your Excel worksheet and select Data menu, PivotTable and PivotChart Report.
2) Follow the wizard from Step 1 to 3.
Please note on Step 3 you will need to click on the Layout Button to enable you to construct the Pivot Table by dragging the field buttons on the right to the diagram on the left.

Excel tip:Hiding and unhiding columns using the keyboardCTRL + 0 hides your columns and CTRL + SHIFT + ) unhides them although you would need to highlight the column letters either side as per normal |
