Pictures into the worksheet

How do you cut and paste pictures into the worksheet?

RE: pictures into the worksheet

Hi Jane, Thanks for the post, Excel is great at accepting pictures, graphics and other objects, why? because they stay where you paste them and you can move them around quite easily by dragging and dropping them. To cut or copy a picture to the worksheet simply copy or cut it from its source folder (opening it first) and then paste it where you want it to be in the worksheet. When it is in place you can resize, crop or change the picture using the Picture Toolbar (found at View, Toolbars)

Excel tip:

Customize the toolbar in Excel 2010

You can create your own toolbar which contains your favourite or most used tools. This will make using Excel much more efficient. To do this, you need to click on View, then select Customize Quick access Toolbars and then select Customize. A list of tools will then appear on the screen of which you can add or remove them as you please.
