Zero Impact Level using IF Analysis!!
Hi All
Basically what im trying to achieve is a zero impact %.
The way ive set it out is our current charge x transaction levels, which gives me a current revenue per mth (i work in a fast food HQ).
Now i propose to increase the prices by 15pence per item. So what i need to find out is the decline in custom/transactions before my revenue decreases below its original transaction level at the original price.
So far i have 1%, 3%, 5%, 10% and then i can see it goes into a minus figure, but what i need is the exact % as it could be anything in between 5 and 10% (usually as you can obviously see this)
I cant work out an IF Formula that could show this to me. Can you help me please
Regards
Dan
RE: Zero Impact Level using IF Analysis!!
Hi Dan,
Not 100% sure on what you're trying to achieve here. Could you type an example of data in columns and then the cell calculation so we can reciprocate here?
You say you want the exact %, couldn't you just set the cell format to include decimal places on the % setting?
Regards, Rich
