Hiding cells

Hello,

I usually have to send my worksheets to other team-members and would like to know if it is possible to sent a worksheet with only the active sheets visible. I mean, when senting a table, is is possible to hide the rest of the worksheet (apart from the table)

Regards... Fazil

RE: Hiding cells

Fazil

To Hide a worksheet in a workbook:

1. Select the worksheet to be hidden

2. In the Format menu, Select Sheet / Hide

To Unhide the sheet(s)use the same steps except you select Unhide.

A dialog box appears listing all the hidden sheets. Select those to be unhidden and click OK.

Regards

Carlos

Excel tip:

Using the Quick Access Toolbar in Excel2010

The Quick Access Toolbar is included in virtually every Office product, including Outlook 2010, Word 2010, Excel 2010, and PowerPoint 2010.

You will find the Quick Access Toolbar in the top-left side of the window. To begin, click the Customize button (it's the little black arrow at the end of the toolbar).

Simply click the commands you want to include.

Virtually any command can be added to the Quick Access Toolbar. Click the More Commands option and a new window will open from where you can browse the commands including those not on the ribbon.
