Exchange rates/Currency conversion

How do I convert the currency of a column? Can I convert a column of totals into 2 different currencies?

RE: Exchange rates/Currency conversion

Hi Julie

Right-click the column header you wish to format, then select format cells.

In the format cells dialogue box, select currency.

You can then selct your preferred currency settings.

Note whilst this applies the same setting to all cells in the column, you can change individual cells by right clicking them and repeating the above.

Regards

Jacob

Excel tip:

##### displaying in Excel

When you get a series of hash symbols (####) appearing in some of your cells in a spreadsheet, this can make you think that you've make some kind of mistake.

This is a common misconception - what this actually means is that the cell is not wide enough to fully display the content of the cell.

All you need to do to see what is actually in the cell is to widen the column that the cell is in.
