How can i create agridded form when all cells are not filled in

Thanks for your question.
I'm not entirely sure what you mean by creating a gridded form, but maybe it would help if you applied borders to the cells you wish to have lines around.
To do this, select the cells and choose Format - Cells - Border, or you can use the border button on the formatting toolbar to apply borders to cells (next to the Fill colour button with the paint bucket on it).

Excel tip:Selecting constant values onlyIf periodically you need to change all your values back to zero, but leave formulas, text and blank cells as they are select the entire worksheet, choose F5 function key, Special and then Constants and choose the appropriate sub-selections. To enter zero in all the selected cells type 0 and then press Ctrl+Enter. |
