Variable

How do you make a variable that can be seen by all projects?

RE: Variable

Hi Debbie

From you question I believe the answer is to declare the variable global.

If however when you say projects, you mean a completely separate piece of code that is run by a different files and is no way linked to the other project I don't think there is a way to make the variable seen by both projects.

Hope this helps

David

VBA tip:

Suspend DisplayAlerts in VBA

To stop Excel asking you things like "Do you want to delete this file...", use the following line of code at the beginning of the relevant VBA procedure:

Application.DisplayAlerts = False

At the end of the procedure make sure you use the following code to reactivate Display Alerts:

Application.DisplayAlerts = True
