Filling in blanks

I have to export an excel sheet from our system to find the averages of stock.
In the list, some have numbers exports, but I have to manually fill in 0.00 to the rest.
Is there a way to do it just for all blanks in the list to save time?
Thanks

RE: Filling in blanks

Hi Brooke,

Thankyou for your question to the forum.

Yes, you can fill in all the blanks at the same time. Here's how:

1. Select the column with all the blank cells

2. Go to HOME > FIND & SELECT > GO TO SPECIAL

3. Tick where it says 'Blanks' and click OK

4. Enter 0 in the active cell

5. Press Ctrl Enter to auto-populate the other blanks with 0

Hope this helps and please let me know if you need any more support

Kind regards
Martin
