Image as url link or page navigation

Hi,

I'm struggling to make an image (png) work with actions. Either url or page navigation. I even tried placing a transparent button over the top but that doesn't work either.

Any ideas why?

RE: Image as url link or page navigation

Hi Martin,

Thank you for the forum question.

I have just opened the Day2 file we did on the course. I downloaded a PNG image.

I added it to one of the pages in the Day2 file, and I could use the action Navigate to Page and assign a WEB URL.

I cannot say why you should have problems doing it sorry.

Insert the PNG image on the page. Turn Actions on and define the type of action. Press CTRL and click on the image.

Kind regards

RE: Image as url link or page navigation

Apologies Jens, I've just tried again and published and it's started working. Only thing I did differently was lock objects again. Maybe that was it. Otherwise I don't know, weird.
Thanks for super quick response.

Power BI tip:

Implement Row-Level Security (RLS)

If your reports contain sensitive information, implement Row-Level Security to control access to data at the row level. RLS allows you to define rules that restrict data access based on user roles, ensuring that each user sees only the relevant data according to their permissions.
