Publishing to a workspace

Publishing to a workspace
I need to take a report set out of the existing set and publish to the a workspace that the whole organisation can see. Sad to say I missed that part of the training! Can anyone help?

Hi Sue,
Thank you for the forum question.
If you want to invite the whole organisation to see the report all must have a Pro license and you will have to invite them all by email.
If you want to share a workspace you can create a new work space, but again you will need to invite the whole organisation to your workspace for them to be able to share the content of your workspace.
