RE: Dashboard
Hi Lisa,
Thank you for the forum question.
When you publish Power Bi reports to a workspace on Power Bi Services, you can create dashboards from your reports.
If you click on the report in the workspace and hover over the visual you want to add to a dashboard a pin will appear above the visual. Click on the pin and a dialog box will appear. You get the option to pin the visual on a existing dashboard or create a new.
If you create a new dashboard you need to name it. You can pin as many visuals you want to the dashboard. You can also pin visuals from other reports to the same dashboard.
Kind regards

RE: Dashboard
Hi Jens
Thanks for coming back to me. the pins are greyed out in the reports so nothing is happening when I click on them
Is there something I need to do behind the report in the desktop version to switch this on?
Thanks
Lisa
RE: Dashboard
Hi Jens
I just have one more question.
I have pinned one of the visuals which is a card but its not copied the format.
What do I need to do to fix this?
Thanks very much
Lisa
RE: Dashboard
Hi Lisa,
You do not have the same control over the formatting in a dashboard. When you pin to a dashboard you just get the default format.
Kind regards
