Changing figures to negatives

How do I turn a column of postive figures into negatives?

RE: Changing figures to negatives

Hi Nathan,

Thank you for your question.

To format positive cells into negative ones, simply highlight the cells you want to change. Go to Format>Cells and down to Custom. Where it says General highlight it and overtype and put -#### and that should change your positives to negatives.

Hope that helps

Tracy
