Thank you for the forum question and also thank you for the nice feedback.
I have attached two files to the answer. An Excel file with the source data and a Power Bi file. I have already grouped the data in the Excel file, but you can reference the Lookupvalue column you have in your model. I have used a combination of the Calculate function, Sum, and Earlier function to sum up each group.
I hope it makes sense and do what you want to do.
