How do you create a button embedded in a worksheet to run a macro?

Hi Annabel,
Thanks for the question.
When you are on a spreadsheet make sure you have the forms toolbar on view. On that toolbar there is an option for button. If you click on that option and drag out a button it will automatically ask you which Macro you want to assign.

Excel tip:Trace Dependents / Precedents without the blue arrowsRather than using the toolbar you can press CTRL+] which is the equivelent of trace dependants and CTRL+[ for precendants. Both of these ways though will not show the blue arrows but jump to the cell containing the formula. |
