Resource Pooling - Files saved on a SharePoint
Hi
I've created a Master Resource Sheet for my projects in order to allocate resources. Both the resource sheet and the project plans are saved on a SharePoint site. When trying to allocate resources, I get the following error message "Project does it support resource pooling on a Web Server".......is there an alternative way for me to allocate resources from a pool, whilst still saving files onto the SharePoint site?
RE: Resource Pooling - Files saved on a SharePoint
Hi Maria
Thanks for asking. I don't believe there is a way to do this other than use Project Server, which is quite a big solution to solve this problem.
I'm sorry we couldn't be of more help - do let us know if you have any other questions.
Kind regards,
Andrew
