Adding additional delegates to a contact list that you have alre

Hi there

Felicity here.

I spent a while yesterday trying to fathom out how to add additional attendees to a contact list which has already been created and used (IE I've already sent an invitation to a block of people).

I couldn't get anywhere so ended up creating a separate contact list just for one person and creating a new invitation. I would like to keep my 'sectors' all together if possible and I know I m going to get plenty of these random requests to add people going forward, so if you can help me that would be great.

thanks

Felicity

RE: adding additional delegates to a contact list that you have

Hi Felicity

Sounds like you have created some contact distribution lists (groups) in Outlook. Well done for doing that.

Here are two options which might help in future:

Adding to a Contact Group

Select Contacts,
Open the group by double clicking
Click Add Members
Select extra members or addresses to add
Save group

Adding members just once

Create a new email message
Select or type the contact group name
After it goes bold press the + sign then add additional members addresses

Hope that helps?

Regards
Doug
