Sharing a Calender
Hello STL
I have set up a calender with bank holidays and can not figure out how to use this calender for a new project.
I thought I had worked it out by using the organizer template however when checking my new project, the bank holidays were not visible.
Your help is appreciated
RE: Sharing a Calender
Hi Adam
Thank you of your question. Project will work to one main calendar at a time. One thing you might want to try is to go to Project > Project Information then swap the calendar from standard to the one you imported with organizer. Next double click any weekend and in the dialogue box that appears switch the calendar from standard to the calendar you imported as well.
You should now see your bank holidays and Project will schedule based on your new calendar.
I hope this helps - let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind regards,
Andrew
