How do you mail merge access data?

Hi Polly,
In Word 2003, select TOOLS menu --> LETTERS & MAILINGS --> MAIL MERGE WIZARD --> choose document type in Step 1 & 2 --> Step 3 click link BROWSE to locate Access data file --> follow the remaining steps to complete mail merge.
Otherwise, you can click on the OPEN DATASOURCE button (2nd button) on the mail merge toolbar to locate the Access data file.
