how do I get my total column to total each individual row?

Hi Carol,
Thanks for the question.
You can use the sum function =sum( then drag you cursor over the selection you want to add up and press enter.

Excel tip:Convert Text into NumberSome times numbers maybe imported in as text or you maybe concatenating numbers that form a text string that now are treated, because you had to extract them by Text functions |
