Team building feedback

How to write a team building feedback after I organised a team building for my team?

RE: Team building feedback

Hi Kreshan

Thank you for your question. Can you let me know more about the feedback you would like to write?

For example is the feedback for your team based on what happened at the event or for someone else?

A simple way to structure feedback is to use a "More of / Less of / Keep the same" pattern.

Let me know a little bit more and I will be happy to offer suggestions.

Kind regards,
Andrew

RE: Team building feedback

Hi Andrew,

I hope you are well.

Thanks for responding and apologies for the delay in coming back to you.

The feedback I need to write is for the team and individual at the same time who took part in a team buidling activity I recently organised. The team building consisted of 3 teams of 2 participants, and each team was tasked to develop a project.

The feedback I will need to provide will have to cover 3 aspects, feedback for the whole team (team of 6 participants), then feedback for the 3 small teams (on how they coped with each other and how they worked together with the other team) and finally feedback on each invidual.

This is the trciky bit for me as I will have to send all the feedback in one email only and I am looking for ways on how to seperate those 3 types of feedback.

Any help\advice from yourself will be much appreciated.

Kind Regards,
Kreshan
